My father has had Alzheimer and got pneumonia, after being in the hospital for 4 days, his doctor strongly suggested that we transfer him to Leisure Glen nursing home for 3-4 weeks for his lungs to get better before going home. If I want to describe Leisure Glen in one small sentence, I have to say that IT IS A HORRIBLE PLACE. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
