Do not use this building for residential neither for delivery, eyes on. Horrible place and make people miserable. There are better residental anf hotels more luxurious that have mail room available with all the money management and owners get not to have access to a mail room. Delivery drivers dont have time to go door by door with 120 to 180 stops. Make it happen.
Horrible place to live. $2600 a month to have drills and hammers over your head 24/7. They are so focused on the work for the units that they ignore basic needs like fixing the only other working elevator or replacing the broken Dryers or Washers. Save yourself time money and physical pain and don't live here
I rented unit #605 for two years. The landlord named Gregory is a robber. He did not give me my deposit back for no reason. He was rude and irrational. The management and HOA are bad as well. Don't rent or buy anything from this place especially #605
