We can’t recommend Leimkuhlers enough! Ryan, Kathy, Eric, and the team really went above and beyond. Kathy and her team were amazing to work with. They provided a perfect amount of support and guidance. Additionally, they were such experts in the market. They predicted how the sale would go and it transacted exactly as they said. It was so great to get confirmation from the escrow company about the teams competence completely unsolicited as well! You won’t be disappointed!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Kathy, Eric & Ryan are a complete full-service team that guided me every step of the way so I didn’t have to worry about anything. They are very tech savvy, are always thinking ahead, & go above & beyond in all facets of the process. They facilitated & marketed an estate sale for me, helped out on move day, & were ALWAYS available when I needed them. Could NOT have done this without them & feel so lucky to have had them in my corner for the third time!
