Bob Alponat was attentive to my needs in a new car. He listened and made suggestions for me to consider. He was kind and clear while I test drove the XC-40. There was no pressure to make a decision that day. Once I decided on the XC-40, Bob made the purchasing process smooth. He patiently took me through the steps of the Volvo app. and reviewed how to drive the car. It was a very positive experience.
My wife and I drove two and a half hours away to Leikin Volvo from our local Volvo dealer where we had purchased three cars from in the past and it was well-worth our time.
