I went on line the night before and found a car I wanted to look at. I called and David answered the phone. He gave me a 9:15 apt. I was not rushed or pressured into anything. I had a headache I was offered coffee, water and aspirin! Great Customer service! They have checked in on me several times to make sure I'm OK with my purchase. Came in to look at 2015 Mercedes C Class. The price is retail and I expect to be prestine. It's NOT. Squeaking noise, and moonroof doesn't work. Even after I clear out the ice. Worst first time experience
Scheduling was fast and easy. Worked around my schedule. Work was done quick and professionally. Put down paper to protect my carpet on the drivers side
