I have purchased 4 vehicles over 20 years from Leikin Volvo. My most recent service visit was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. In the past, I would take the car in for service and get a phone call with any suggested repairs with a cost. My most recent visit I did get a call explaining that I had a nail in 1 tire and may as well replace all 4 tires even though I did not really need them quite yet, but ok. I recently bought my very first car from Leikin Volvo in Willoughby. Bob Alponat was so helpful and made the experience enjoyable, no pressure and patiently answered all of my questions. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. I chose a 2023 XC40 B5 Volvo that looks brand new inside and out. I specifically chose Volvo for all of the safety features their cars have to offer. Would give 0 if I could. My experience with Leikin Motors has been deeply disappointing, and I feel obligated to share it so others know what they may be walking into. When issues arose with my Mercedes, I expected the dealership that sold me the vehicle to stand behind me—especially after they told me they would support a buyback.
