Dear Dr. Stine Ands Staff, I wish to thank you for the excellent care you gave mein my recent dental care. Everyone in the office were so caring and helpful to make my visits comfortable. I had an implant done. All were professional and took great care for my comfort. I appreciate the care EVERYONE tookin making my dental visitas pleasant and pain free as possible. Please remember Dr. Stine and her Staff when you need dental care.
Dr. Stine is great and the office is in a very convenient location. The service and treatment options we were given were explained to us very well. Dr. Stine even offers a 3rd party payment option which is great in this economy. I'm looking forward to many years with this office.
she is the worst dentist there is. I have an emergency root canal that needed to be done according to the next dentist I went to but what dr. stine told me was that I have tmj, take vicodin for pain. I had an infection in my tooth and ultimately root canal but I spent 1.5 wks in agony dr. stine misdiagnosis. as far as her staff, they gave me 3 different payment plan each time i visited the office. of course, the payment plan increased everytime and all they said was " i'm sorry, i made mistake but this is the true payment pl... read more
Many of our appointments have been re-scheduled because of the dentist's "busy" schedule. My kids fillings have fallen out several times, causing me to take time out of my busy schedule to get it re-done. I'm looking for another dentist.
Nice dentist but billing was a mess. The estimate they gave me was completely different than what they charged me. Apparently they do not understand how to bill delta dental and it ended up all coming out of my pocket.
Doctor Stine is a very nice woman and a caring dentist. She is one of those "get the shot over with" types rather than a dentist who will take the time to slowly inject the novacaine ahead of the needle, so her procedures are not painless. Costs are reasonable, and her assistants are nice, if not the most competent. Unfortunately, we've experienced issues with the woman who is the billing manager and runs the front desk. My wife thinks that woman is just forgetful, but I find her rude and unpleasant. She has made several bil... read more
