Dr. Leia-Stephen and her staff were very welcoming and caring. Dr. Leia-Stephen went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed by the care I received there.

Refused to provide me any information about a potential procedure via email (even though Dr. Meredith was perfectly willing to do so). Made me come in for a 10 minute appointment which cost me $78, only to inform me that the relatively minor procedure could cost up to $2500, which would've been nice to know before I wasted my time and money.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leia-Stephen's since 2017. Over the years Dr. LS has been consistently professional, empathetic and she would often go out of her way to accomadate my health concerns. Over the years I have continuiosly received excellent care. On numerous occasions she has gone above and beyond for me. Dr Steven’s is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate doctor. My 12 yr old daughter had an appointment to have a mole removed. My daughter was extremely nervous and crying. Dr Steven’s had no time for that, she did not offer any compassion or empathy by describing the procedure so my daughter could understand what was going to happen. Instead she told us that if she couldn’t settle down she wasn’t going to do the procedure. While I was talking my daughter down, she cleaned up the room and left, shutting the door. I never leave bad reviews but after 3 emails and 7 calls I only got through on one phone call. I explained my situation - getting a prescription renewed - and asked for a follow up email to confirm when the prescription had been faxed to the pharmacy. I have not heard back and cannot get through to them through emails or calls therefore I am unable to get my prescription. Very disappointed and unprofessional on their behalf. April 20 2023
