LEI has ruined my home. I have been battling issues 10 months past my installation date. My windows were never installed correctly and not properly corrected. Each technician who has addressed my issues and claimed to correct the mistakes of the initial installers by taking the “easy fix route” which has now resulted to water leaking into my home and ruining my dry wall. Save yourself the stress and time, LEI is not worth it.

We had our windows and screens installed last year and have been happy for the most part. We noticed one of our screen frames had come apart so I called and was told I had to deal with the service department. Okay I contacted them and they said I had to take pictures and send them email with the serial number of the window. Keep in mind this is a screen, no big tear out or rebuild.
