AVOID AT ALL COST! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I don’t write reviews often but this was bad enough to warrant a review. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and do not care about the customer. Once they have your money they do not care what issues you have. Awful customer service, check in process was a nightmare, no information given, two hours after check in time still had not received instructions on how to enter rental. アロハスピリッツも日本人のマインドも何も感じられないとても不誠実な会社です。 契約時から、管理が行き届いていなかったり、レスポンスが遅かったり、対応するスタッフがコロコロ変わったりと不信感はありました。 今回は上階の部屋の水漏れが原因で自室が被害にあい、それに伴い(こちらからのお願いではなく)入ることになった補修工事の件でやりとりをしていました。会社にとって不都合なことを言われたためか、他の口コミにも書かれている女性が最終的に電話口で交代し、共通の知り合いの名前を出して"○○さんは私も知り合いですから、これ以上言うならこのことを言いつけますよ？"と。もちろんこちらに落ち度は全くないので言っていただいて構わないのですが、こんなに幼稚で、また"脅し"とも取れる発言・態度をよく平然ととれるなと驚きと憤りを感じられずにはいられませんでした。 契約を検討される方は十分気をつけられてください。

Booked an apartment for 3 days in Honolulu and a week prior to arrival was informed the apartment next door was under renovation/construction. I requested to be moved and was offered another apartment, but was asked to pay the difference in price. When I refused to pay I was offered an $8 discount on the original apartment per night. Ridiculous…then my booking was cancelled 2 days before arrival with a full refund. Bad way to do business, but at least it was refunded.
