0 STARS Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. Our new fireplace started smelling funny and then I noticed the glass was completely black. I contacted then first on 1/8 and ir took them 3 months to finally get it fixed. Guess what? It's May and the interior brick "wall" is falling off on the left side. So now we wait and wait and wait for them to come out and fix this. Jennifer, I want to apologize for how frustrating this process has been. We have addressed and fixed any problems that have occurred with the fireplace at no charge. We were not notified of the problem until several months the issue started causing extensive damage to the logs and the brick walls. Once we heard of the problem we started the process of identifying what was causing the issue. Unfortunately, to correct the problem it did take several trips and wait time while new parts arrived. Has employee who sells the equipment they take out as “perfect working condition” when it’s not working at all, then claims he will return your money and pick up the junk but never does. Claims he’s starting his own business while working here and as I can see, not off to a good start!
These guys are amazing. I love working with them. Their staff is super nice and knowledgable. I love the selection. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
