The technician was very professional went in my house and assessed the carpets that needed to be cleaned and some areas that needed spot treatment. The technician was respectful and efficient at his job and the carpets look great. I do not think I could have got a carpet cleaning machine and did as good of a job as they did in less than two hours.

They did great! I have pets and they cleaned them better than any carpet cleaner I've ever used. Super affordable!
Not all the couches were moved to clean under (I had checked prior to booking with this company and was told yes this would happen). Tabs were not put under chairs -- which is to be done to prevent rust on furniture and health of carpet. I was charged for 2 rooms where not all the furniture was moved. (which I would have gladly paid if all the square footage would have been cleaned). I called and wrote to discuss this to allow for an opportunity for "something" to be done and received no credit on next time or some marketing... read more

Carpet installation looks great! They put all of the furniture right back in place after the installation. Quick and friendly to deal with!
They were very helpful with flooring samples to assure we matched the flooring up with our new countertops and cabinets and the flooring was ordered and came in when we needed it. Bennett was great to work with and I would, and have already, recommend this company to friends and family.
