Just bought my first Volvo, a 2017 S90, after more than 20 years driving Toyota/Lexus cars. I gotta say, Salesman, Matt Richmond is a rock star. Just bought my 7th Volvo from Pam at Lehman. She's great but the Service team has kept me with the brand and Lehman because some of the earlier cars needed more attention than you would want but they always took care of me. Two of the cars were totaled in accidents and only minor injuries. Thanks Ray for keeping up the quality!!!

Service department is terrible. They ruined the transmission in our XC90 and pretended they couldn't drive it back to our home because the transmission was slipping. Worst car we've ever bought and the worst service department to go with it.
