I have purchased my vehicle at the dealership and paid $141.85 for a registration and titling fee, $199 for a permanent plate and $399 for a private tag agency fee. I have received a temporary license plate. When I texted my sales person for an update on my license plate he simply ignored my text. Beware of doing business wirh this dealership - They are dishonest! During the last decade, I have leased 3 automobiles from Lehman Hyundai/Genesis and purchased one. I decided to buy out my last lease and contacted the dealership. A salesman by the name of Helio Gusmao wanted me to come into the dealership to "get me" into a new car. Dishonest finance department, **** in particular, straight out lied to me about them paying for my after purchase add ons. When I questioned charges on contract prior to signing he told me " Your a preferred customer, were gonna take care of that for you, don't worry about it ". I trusted him and signed away. A generous 1 star review. They disrespect you in anyway possible and even laugh at you for what you say. They don't care about you as a customer and would spit in your face if they could. They make assumptions about people and their ability to afford a vehicle and cower when you make a point and are informed. Don't do business here. Don't bother with these disrespectful people. Save yourself time and money. Keep looking elsewhere.
They sold me a 2015 trans van with a bad transmission would not help me resolve my problem very rude my company has loss lots of money.

Worst car buying experience ever! I purchased my 2022 Hyundai Tuscon on April 30, 2021. Today is June 14, 2021. On my contract it says my payment is due today and I have no account #, invoice, coupon book, nothing to pay. Remarkably inept service. Brought my car in for recall notice service at scheduled time...at the end of day I had to call them for update. They never did get to my car and told me they would need another day or two to evaluate the situation. Reluctantly. I agreed and said I would take the loaner that they had proferred. They said No! This was the WORST experience I've experienced purchasing a car at a dealership in the last 50 years. I am giving them NO stars. I live over 35 miles away from Lehman Genesis in Miami Gardens Florida and made a call to get a purchase price on a new $50,600 (sticker price) 2019 Genesis G70 in November 2019. ***** (salesman) gave me a purchase price of $44,500. Up to this point I was a loyal customer. I had purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer, a Crosstrek 2015 and the one I currently own, a Crosstrek 2019 and was planning to buy a third one for my wife which is not going to happen because of the following facts.
