Terrible terrible experience with the ford service department. I have always had fords but never again after my bill was $400 more than I was quoted for the work that was already completed on my vehicle. Additional work was done on the vehicle only because they quoted the price $400 lower than it actually was. I feel they took advantage of me and it’s unfortunate. When I spoke with the service department manager I was told that the miscommunication was both MY FAULT and theirs even though I questioned the bill several times ... read more

RecommendedKim was Awesome!!! I walked in and asked to take a Ford Escape for a test drive.. no muss no fuss she went and got a set of keys. We got back and she asked what we thought, I explained I probably wanted to get the vehicle but had less than 2 hrs until I had to be somewhere and in less than that we were driving off the lot.
