I love the Alina she's a awesome Dr but the secretary Melissa is so unprofessional I believe they should we hired a new office manager Melissa doesn't treat patient's well can use please put a number we can contact and speak to her boss about all the stuff she does at work or we can complain personally to someone on the phone the stuff you hear and see that she does at work is unbelievable

The usual Chiro at this facility is amazing and always professional. I look forward to my visits and adjustments. Melissa Thomas, the receptionist; however, is extremely unprofessional. Always on her personal phone walking about. Making it a point to disappoint. I've recently become very concerned with my medical record's privacy. When I walk into a Doctor's office, I expect to be treated with confidentiality and respect. I don't appreciate my personal information such as my birthdate being thrown around casually.
