I've been seen here many times , each time was a very good professional experience. From receptionist, to the doctors which I respect and trust thoroughly. I do have a pcp but sometimes urgent care is needed. I've been to other urgent cares, which I have found to be dirty, unfortunately unprofessional stalk all around. Thank you for your service

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Never any ER doctors…only physician assistants who pretend to be doctors and misdiagnose you. My son had surgery on Monday and they released him with his blood pressure very high. On Wednesday it was still very high…160/124 and heart rate 78 so his family Dr told him to go to the ER. The physician assistant basically told my son he was thinking about it too much and that it was causing his blood pressure to go up, and didn’t treat him. Said it was anxiety. He was also rude. Today our fami... read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Never any ER doctors…only physician assistants who pretend to be doctors and misdiagnose you. Worst place ever. If it can’t be fixed with a bandaid then they can’t fix it. Also… what hospital ask for money when you’re checking in for surgery? They do. Go to St Likes or Geisinger Wilkes Barre.

I fell off a ladder and smashed one of my vertebrae 7 years ago. Dr. Coplan was the neurosurgeon on duty at Lehigh Valley Hospital and performed surgery. He removed all the bone fragments and implanted two 8" metal plates with 8 screws. I was in an upper body cast for 2 months. For the past 7 years I have suffered no pain, discomfort or loss of mobility. I had no choice but to have Dr. Coplan perform the surgery, but I am so thankful that he was the one who did it. I can talk about bedside manner, number of visits when... read more

The care in ER was horrible! They administered several medications that I should have never been given but because I was unconscious, they just gave them to me. I would never go there even if I was near death. Staff was rude when I did wake up. I was 100% nude in a wet bed and asked for a blanket 5 times before I got one.

This was the worst ever. I was seen by a PA on June 3. I read his after summary review - he only did one of the things listed. They made me do a second COVID test even though my first one was negative. They sent that one out - said I would get results in 3 days. Today is day 8 - no results yet. I tried calling numerous times and I get a message saying the office is closed. So, here I am, one week after my visit and still sick.

Terrible customer services; months of billing problems with them and they continue to mispost and send bills. Tons of calls with their customer service finance folks and they are rude and unresponsive. They don't care if you leave LVHN and go to another place.... stay away, I think they should be investigaged for overbilling
