This place is a complete joke, my wife was sent here by her doctor because she’s dehydrated and needs fluids. They came in and asked a million questions then disappeared! 3 hours later and nobody has come in to see her or give her iv fluids. She can’t even have a drink of water..
I was in to have bloodwork done on Saturday May 30 2026, at 7:30 AM at LVHN Hecktown Oaks, after waiting 45 minutes for the receptionist at the front desk I was told that I was unable to have the bloodwork done, I needed to return on Monday June 1st 2026 which was completely false, I ended up having to keep my doctor’s appointment on Monday June 1st. without the necessary bloodwork results that was needed because she was too lazy to do her job.
It really sucks when you schedule an appointment and they run 40min + behind , they reason I schedule at that time was because I could make it work, almost and entire hour later DID NOT . Imagine if all your patients showed up 40+ late. Will not be coming back. Will never recommend either.
Phenomenal place. I very much dislike doctors (white coat syndrome) and the whole team at Hecktown Oaks, during my visit, was welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. Great place. Great people and wonderfully operated.
I have been to hecktown oaks many times. The hospital is very nice, the doctors and staff are always very nice and have been helpful in many ways. I would absolutely recommend going there.
