This place sucks, no one checks on you they’re all super disrespectful. Shouldn’t have to wait in a room for an hour but yet no one was in the waiting room and halls seem empty completely unprofessional worst experience I have ever had. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else

I had a very disappointing experience at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Hecktown Oaks today. The doctor (Anna M Moroz) spent barely two minutes in the room and was completely rude and disrespectful. There was zero empathy or willingness to listen, leaving me feeling dismissed during a stressful situation. Patient care requires basic respect and communication, both of which were entirely lacking during this visit.

In what world does it sound good to make a 150 yard trek to patients rooms from the parking lot. If you have people with limited mobility its a daunting task. Horrible layout no service. You should be shamed. Great nursing staff if you can get there.

This hospital has an emergency room that lacks any sort of common sense, no sense of urgency at all and staff busy playing on their phones. I would not bring an injured wild animal to Lehigh Valley hecktown oaks or cedar Crest
