This hospital has an emergency room that lacks any sort of common sense, no sense of urgency at all and staff busy playing on their phones. I would not bring an injured wild animal to Lehigh Valley hecktown oaks or cedar Crest

I was waiting. I came in around 245. I asked to speak to the nurse. It’s been 3 o’clock. I’ve waited then I waited until 310. I asked again and at 3:30. I asked again and now it’s about to be 4 o’clock. I still have yet to speak to someone this has been happening many times when I do come here it’s always someone is coming into the room or someone has spoke to you already and I have not spoken to anybody and the fact that I am asking multiple times I should not be where I am being dismissed instead of being held and waiting ... read more

This place is a complete joke, my wife was sent here by her doctor because she’s dehydrated and needs fluids. They came in and asked a million questions then disappeared! 3 hours later and nobody has come in to see her or give her iv fluids. She can’t even have a drink of water..

I was in to have bloodwork done on Saturday May 30 2026, at 7:30 AM at LVHN Hecktown Oaks, after waiting 45 minutes for the receptionist at the front desk I was told that I was unable to have the bloodwork done, I needed to return on Monday June 1st 2026 which was completely false, I ended up having to keep my doctor’s appointment on Monday June 1st. without the necessary bloodwork results that was needed because she was too lazy to do her job.
