We visited this LVHN location for a simple driver’s permit physical, and while the staff were very kind and professional, the wait time was extremely frustrating. I called ahead and was told there was no wait and that they do perform this type of physical. We were checked in right away, but the actual wait ended up being over two hours because there was only one medical provider on duty. I wish registration had been clearer about that. you have a problem with your phone number please fix it it dose not transfere me and it just goes cilent !!!
Usually I go in without an appointment and get seen within the hour, but the day I made an appointment for ExpressCARE I am stuck waiting in the room for an hour and a half and longer and no doctor comes in checks me out. Ridiculous I am not sure why there was an appointment option if it was going to take longer than a walk in. Will be looking elsewhere for future care.
Friendly staff, usually pretty quick (depending on time of day of course), and clean environment. Have used Express Care and Pediatric services. Both are great!
