I did 3 starts because I 100% loved the inpatient side. After coming here with 22% burns and spending almost a month here, I absolutely loved Jen and all the nurses, the Pa’s and doctors on the inpatient side. They explained everything in detail every day and were just so caring and comforting. Then I was moved to the outpatient side- the reason for the 3 star. You only ever see a CRPN- never a doctor. I was brought here from St Joe's hosp in reading pa. Deborah Boorse & an incredibly nice nurse treated me upon arrival. I had a freak accident with a blowdryer that caught fire & these women along with everyone else on the staff that i encountered were so gentle with me, as i was filled with anxiety, in pain & still a bit in shock. I will be going back on a weekly basis n totally recommend this burn unit to anyone in need of such treatment
