DO NOT go to Valley Health Partners Vision Center. I gave them multiple chances, but after this last experience, I’m done. All the staff are just great!
This place is ridiculous. Go somewhere else where doctors actually care about their patients. My appointment has been cancelled twice already and it was a problem visit. God forbid I have a real problem that needs immediate attention I’m blaming you guys, every doctor seems to call in sick and cancel your appointment the day of. Not only that you have to call back and schedule it because no one’s going to care about it once it’s cancelled again… and again.
