Lenore is easily the best counselor I have ever had in my life. It can be so difficult to find someone you click with and who cares. Lenore and her entire office go above and beyond for their clients!!! Appointment scheduling and billing are completely seamless. Can’t recommend LVC enough!

Front desk very helpful. The insurance process was simple and easy. The .Counselors are very knowledgeable and helped me with all my needs.

I called to see if they took my health insurance the lady was just so rude and abrupt. I was a little startled by the response and she just goes “sorry” in the most sarcastic tone.

My daughter used to see Dr. Stano at Lehigh valley counseling and I thought he was great and my daughter seemed to really respond well to him. I would give Dr stano 5 stars. However my daughter has been switched to another Dr named Lenore and my daughter does not seem to be benefiting from seeing her. I do not feel comfortable at all with the current arrangement at this office. I have called several times and no one answers the phone or returns my messages. I LOVE Melissa. I want her to have the proper recognition for how great she is. She has an amazing bedside manner and is very kind and professional. She is very good at her job and knows what’s she’s doing. I hope she gets the proper recognition because she deserves it. 1000 stars.
