These guys are amazing. Personable. Helpful. Highly knowledgeable. They explained my problem with the printer before even looking at it. Opened it up and they were right! They fixed the printer on the spot with parts they had on site and sent me home in minutes. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We had an old Ricoh copier that we were hoping to get repaired but unfortunately the manufacturer no longer made the part for repair. We spoke with Kurt via e-mail and over the phone and he spec'd out a new copier for us, delivered it himself, set it up on our network and showed us how to use all the features. Was very happy with the service and the copier and feel confident that should we have any issues moving forward, they will get us out of a bind again. Would highly recommend them for any size business.

The most honest and reputable company I have ever done business with in my life! They do everything they can to do what is in your best interest, even if it involves their time and causes them to not receive money from a customer. Outstanding business. #1 in integrity, honesty, and skills in printer maintenance and repair. If you use them, you will be a customer for life.

Recently we had some issues with our work printer. Kurt and Chris were very prompt in helping us and very personable. Its so nice to know there are genuine people that just want to help, beyond expectations. We appreciate them a lot, and will continue to give them our business as needed!
