There were numerous times since this business transferred ownership that I have felt as if my pet and family's best interests were not part of the equation. Lacking in customer service and overcharging for services. This is my experience at the Bethlehem office. The Allentown office was very nice to us when we had to put our bunny down.
The best...all my animals over many years cared for there!
Dr. Gregory and her staff are the BEST. We brought our Pug there after he jumped off our bed and apparently hit his head. She gave him a steroid injection and observed him for a couple of hours. We then picked him up with a prescription for a anti inflammatory. It hasn't even been 24 hours and Mugsey is doing much better. Thank you so much. The Behnkes
