Dr Ferrari was the most unprofessional, arrogant vet I've ever met. Completely distressed my dog and then had the nerve to tell me Rottweilers are overly aggressive dogs in the middle of the waiting room. When I argued with that he laughed at me and made a condescending remark. Will never go back again and I don't understand why someone like that, who clearly has a bias toward certain dog breeds, would be a practicing vet. Absolutely awful.
last year we had to take our beautiful cat for an emergency visit, to a vet i will not name, that sent home our fur baby home in horrible pain. and told us not to come back for month. about 3 days later we took her here. they gave her emergency surgery to pull her teeth and a certificate for her bravery. i can't thank the vet and staff enough for saving our baby's life. she is healthy and happy. the entire staff was warm patient. we are grateful everyday that our girl is still with us and grateful for the wonderful staff her... read more
I usually love this place but today I was faced, not greeted, by two very sullen receptionists. Expecting the warm welcome I'm used to getting, I was very disappointed. Had to wait(my fault) and it was so awkward. They never smiled, never!! You have an amazing establishment. Please tell these newbies to lighten up and treat your customers right
We have taken all of our cats to lvah. The staff is always friendly and they are all knowledgable. The advice they give is honest. We trust them completely. Great place!!
Dr Ferrari VMD is a great vet he has saved my 5 year old labs life and his staff was very pleasant as well as very comforting through the whole surgery as well as the recovery of our chocolate lab (Pickles) I want to thank him and his staff for taking great care of our four legged family Thanks again and we have found our new vet at Lehigh valley animal hospital Thanks again Arjay and Beth
