i was in your emergency room yesterday morning for a vein bleed. I was very surprised to find the doors locked and had to knock to get in the Dr on call spent less than 2 minutes with me ordered a topical ointment but did not have any there suppose a substitute but none that was available so the only thing that was done was to wrap my leg and i had to ask for a wipe to clean off the dried blood i was very disappointed in the concern of any of the employees as well as one of them complaining about another co- worker in fron... read more
I had no other option than to give 1 star. The hospital has the WORST RADIOLOGIST working for their facility. Dr Winston Irving had misdiagnosed me with a "broken neck" I was transported to a Trama hospital and was told their was absolutely NOTHING BROKEN. No one in this hospital seems to have the phone number of the billing department as to where this Radiologist works from. My insurance company gave me a phone number they were provided with a it was an old employee cell phone to the Radiologist. My insurance company also... read more
I went there today, due to recently being told I was exposed to a covid positive person, prior to which I also exhibited symptoms...headaches, cough, loss of smell. After about an hour, I was placed in a room, afterwards I was told by the doctor that it wasn’t a testing site, ( I just got tested 3wks prior). So I suggested that it would be nice if the front desk informed all that it’s up to the Doctor if you’re test....his response, “well there not Doctors”....puzzled....I stated didn’t know one needed a degree to inform, (... read more
This hospital needs tho be shut down. Ken the director of nursing, Clara, Angela, and Pam are people who lack integrity. They abuse their power. It is impossible to find out information regardless how many times you call. This place and the staff is something out of a horror movie. Someone please call the authorities on these people
My brother has been in the ICU department for 20 days, in twenty days we have only spoken to a doctor one time after begging several times. The majority of the nurses we have delt with in 20 days have been very nasty, giving absolutely NO compassion to my family. In twenty days my mother who is listed as point of contact POA for my brother has not had a call from the nurses unless they have to have permission to do something. My mother has calls 3 times a day, early morning, lunch and about 9 at night to get information with... read more
I went to this hospital for pain in my stomach at 2 pm. I told them I think my appendix is bad. They laughed and said it's probably a kidney stone. After x-rays they realize it's my appendix, remember this was at 2pm. At 10 pm I went into septic shock as I was waiting all that time because they were short on staff/surgeons. All the poison went into my body and I got sepsis which is deadly. 5 days in the hospital they release me by myself and I got onto my motorcycle and my nose start bleeding profusely, I rode all the way t... read more
Worst experience in my life. Took my mother there to be seen and they put her through fasttrack . They did not testing on my mother. My mom was vomiting, shortness of breath and feeling weak. They said that she had heartburn and sent her home. I should of followed my gut to take her elsewhere. My mom ended up having a heart attack and had passed away. I'm at such a loss.
Worst experience ever. Nurse Archer and Dr Allen are 2 of the most incompetent people I have ever met. They care given was horrible. Dr Allen took 7 HOURS to put meds in system never changed pain medication needed. As i had an allergic reaction. Nurses had to continue giving med with benadryl, instead of her putting in a new order. Lazy, ignorant, and slow Dr has no idea what she is doing! let me not start with Nurse Archer! That man is a waste of space. No compassion or empathy what so ever. Cold, rude , and neglectful. If ... read more
