I've worked with a few realtors from this company throughout the years to sell my lots and my house. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I've worked with them for the last 10 years as my property management company, and they have always been professional. I have had the best tenants, and they do a great job keeping up with any repairs.
Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I used this company for property management and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Their behavior was beyond unprofessional from start to finish. They completely failed to uphold basic responsibilities. For example, they never transferred the utilities into the tenant’s name — something any competent management company should handle without needing to be reminded.
