I have called 5 times to schedule an appointment for my wife. I was only able to speak with a human once and was promised someone would call me to schedule an appointment. One week later, no call. Left another message yesterday. Too bad I had to select a star before I could post. Otherwise, no stars for this group.
Awful practice. The staff and one dr in particular treat patients like they don't matter. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Maybe they need to start treating their patients like patients. Dr's need to remember that they took an oath to help people. I called a filed a complaint with HR, a couple days later the dr called me, I never asked for a call back from him.
