I came in to make a bank deposit at Park National Bank, not knowing it was only a lending office. The woman at Lehigh-Endsley-Insurance did not greet as I entered. No smile, and proceeded to say they do not take deposits at this location, and proceeded to close the door to the bank office as she was explaining this. Her demeanor was not professional nor friendly. What happened to good ol customer service relations?
