Everyone is so nice and helpful at the Oregon Clinic Gastroentrology. It's a well-oiled machine, and I felt very taken care of. Highly recommend.

Does exam. Not just test results, makes time for you
Dr. Somgyi is an amazing doctor! He is kind, caring and a supportive doctor. I have never come away from an appointment where I felt that the doctor just would not listen to me or frustrated with the outline of the care plan being offered. Dr. Somogyi gives you his full attention, listens well and explains the treatment plan carefully in an easy to remember way! If you go to see Dr. Somgyi you will not come away wondering why you went in the first place!
The nursing staff was exceptional
Without divulging personal health information, I will say that for almost two years, various doctors could not diagnose my problem. Dr. Somogyi saved my life by ordering the tests that would reveal my stage 4 cancer. And this was after one doctor at his clinic said I would just have to live with the symptoms I was having. Needless to say, I am forever in his debt and he is an excellent doctor.
Really truly a nice guy and a well informed physician. He's been my GI Doc for 15+ years. I've been symptom free for the last 5,and in that 15 I've never had a serious UC episode. That's really something.
He is an exellent doctor and he explains to me what he did.
I thought treatment I received at the clinic was very good. I recommend Dr. Somogyi to others. Thanks
