I have a cpap machine And get all my supplies through lehan drugs. There is one filter I've needed that they're supposed to send me every 6 months, My insurance is getting charged forward but I'm not getting that filter. I'm about ready to tell them to shove it And look around for somebody else to provide my supplies
We've been customers at Lehan's for years and have always received above and beyond care. Yesterday $2,800 of insulin got accidently left in a hot car and ruined (insulin needs to stay refrigerated before use.) Lehans worked with our insurance company to get it replaced and even found a coupon to absorb the $25 it would have cost us to replace it. From terrified we might be out $2,800 to $25 to free, despite the mistake being ALL ours!. This is the kind of business and people you want to work with and have in your community!... read more
