Staff was extremely. The reason I gave a 4 star was because the 8.00 dance party didn't happen because of all the unruly children hitting each other and throwing blocks. Children parents weren't supervising their children. One child fell off the rail in the castle, mother didn't even notice. Besides that a great overall experience. Oh I forgot pullout bed in suite needs to be comfortable felt bar and mattress extremely thin.
We were a party of four adults and two children. The sofa bed, supposedly for two adults, was an awful bed with springs that dug into your back. Unacceptable at this price. We had to ask for a blanket. Half the light switches didn't work. Avoid at all costs.
This Legoland stole $2,000 from me. I had made a reservation for the California location (with trip insurance!). A day before we would leave, I landed in the hospital with an ectopic pregnancy. The airline gladly canceled and refunded my money, but not Legoland. The Legoland rep said my medical condition "didn't sound that bad" and refused to cancel my reservation, saying their trip insurance didn't cover this. Great family friendly hotel right next to Legoland though it can be a bit expensive.
