Took my 10 year old Grandson to Legoland for a belated birthday gift. I wasn't sure what to expect and never was a fan of Legos, don't even recall my son's Havi them growing up. So glad we went on a Monday. Not very many people and was able to ride the rides as much as he wanted to. Made race cars and had races.... mostly lost. My Grandson really enjoyed the day and couldn't wait to tell his sisters and brothers what a 4D movie was all about. I was seriously surprised(preschool teacher here), the unlimited fun and resources for all. Yes, it was messy, a little smelly, long lines but it was packed with people for the Labor Day Holiday! My four year old is still raving about the good time we had for 5 hours yesterday! Yes, I repeat 5 hours! He usually lasts a couple hours at these kinds of museums, amusement type places! I took two of my grandchildren 7 and 8 for a special treat, not sure what to expect, but we had an amazing time. They loved the rides, lazer tag, play area and building their own creations. We spent about three hours there but could have stayed longer. Definitely will be returning with the others. My only issue was the music...the beat never changed.
