I took my son and he enjoyed the environment..It is much smaller than we expected for the price. I feel as If the tickets are way overpriced for the size and available activities:/

Just fantastic! Took my 5 year old and his friend who is 12 for the first time. The boys were having so much fun! It just shows you the age range that will enjoy this place. Heck, my husband and I are adults and WE loved it. So did Grandma and Grandpa! The staff is so great. They really seem to love their jobs and enjoy actually interacting with the kids and building with them. We tried to check out to try to buy family pictures that they made it, but its too bad, we’re on the line more than one hours, and only one cashier avalaible and stuck,we dont know what they ‘re doing??? Poor management, not recomended in this place But everything else its just okay

I reached out to corporate and to this company's Facebook page via messenger on Monday around lunchtime. It's now 9 PM on Wednesday** (edited because I realized I said Thursday instead of Wednesday) and still no response. Given the seriousness of my complaint their lack of response shows how unprofessionally the company is run. The fact that corporate has no direct number and requires complaints submitted via message is not appropriate. My kids have a blast..they love Lego land we come here every year.. but I just hope they put more something to do.. later that day my kids get bored and want to go home! The bathroom need more faucet working and have paper towel drier working, other than That it's ok
The kids had a blast. Adults must of had fun. We were there for 6 hours.
