I hate writing bad reviews. Made an appointment 5 weeks in advanced (after my previous cut, to make it easy) for a Saturday at 12:00pm, called in 30 min before to confirm so they knew I was coming and because I live 30 min away, walked in at 12:01pm and they'd canceled my appointment and taken the next walk-in even though they knew I was on the way and they've specifically told me they give a 5-10min grace period. I went to legit cuts this morning, and every time I go in there I walk out with a smile on my face. These guys can cut. Nick cut my hair (faded from a 2 to a 4 and scissored on the top) and my hair looked great- although others have cut my before and I would sit in any of their chairs. I definitely recommend making an appointment. These guys have a lot of business going in and out their doors, most of which is appointment based, so you may have to sit if you're a walk in and wait behind the appointments. Had a great experience today getting my hair cut. My barber was Jose. I told him I work at Sarai's Kitchen. Told me about the thing they do for the community, like cutting hair for the homeless. Giving back is the best way to serve your community. I would recommend this barbershop. Will be back next year. Keep up the good work
