We were very happy with all the workers who came to our home and my wife even wrote them a positive review. However, when THE OWNER sent US a message seeking our feedback my wife asked whether we might have the same regular person each time (as we had for the first year). Run… Don’t walk away from them. I found another company to do a fantastic job at a much better price and NO DRAMA! They have a very confusing pricing system so they can gouge you for work you do not need done. I estimated the size of my house to be around 1600-1800sf, and the amount of “dirt, dust and clutter” on a 1 to 10 scale. I explained that an upstairs room, and the unfinished downstairs did not need cleaning. Our experience was of very friendly, attentive and accommodating individual on the initial call. Then, after being told we only had to provide our own vacuum cleaner, we received a list of cleaning items that quite long (well o er 10 items). When we called to say this was not going to work, we wrote told we could cancel but the $375. initial payment was non-refundable. So, for 2 brief phone calls, they charged $375. Buyer beware.
