Nothing but great things to say about Legion Manor. I got Married in march and 2 days after my wife and I moved into Legion Manor. This was my first time moving into an apartment aside from university so I was so anxious to make sure it was the right one for us. I had to break my lease at this apartment, and the management clearly told me it would take about 2 weeks to post my unit back on the market. It has now been over 2 months — exactly 70 days — and they still haven’t listed it. In the meantime, they continue to charge me for the lease as if they are actively trying to re-rent the unit, which they are not. This feels extremely unfair and misleading. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was forced to break my lease due to relocation and was given two options: either pay out the remaining six months of my lease term or continue paying rent until the apartment was re-rented. I chose the second option, relying on their representation that the unit would be renovated and listed within approximately 2–3 weeks.
