Horrible customer service. They would not resolve a safety issue with my new kitchen.
If you use Leggett Kitchens make sure everything is in writing down to the smallest detail. Get an itemized bill. Do not pay in full before the job is done. (We didn't and it was a huge mistake.) (We trusted Leggett and paid for it). We were told by our designer to buy outright the tile, lighting, tub, etc. to save money. If you do this, you will spend an hour or more on the phone everyday because the owner will be very upset that he did not get his markup and he will make sure the project does not go well. Very pleased – We were very pleased with our whole experience at Leggett. Rose was a pleasure to work with, and she bent over backwards for us. The end result was even better than we expected.
