I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra Elevation TurboMax from the team at Leggat C.C.B.GMC and I couldn't have asked for a better experience from walking onto the lot to driving away in my new truck. Really disappointed with the service here. About a week ago, the service manager Joe promised to call me back to resolve an issue — I’m still waiting. I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails, and haven’t heard anything. It feels like I’m being completely ignored, which is frustrating and unprofessional.
I purchased tires from Brad Currell. He sells tires from the vehicles at this dealership. I drove from Toronto to Hamilton, and this guy isn’t an honest person. He’s a very sketchy guy, and sold me tires that have holes in them. He told me to meet in parking lot. I wouldn’t trust anything this guy says. He’s a typical “car salesman”.
