If I could please than 1 star I would!! We dropped of our vehicle this morning and we have been trying to get a hold of anyone to get an update so we can make arrangement to get home. Unfortunately, no luck in getting a hold of any human. We did finally get a hold of the receptionist and I asked her very politely to walk over the service (which is about 50-60 feet away) and ask a service advisor if they can speak to me or call me. Saw truck on auto trader I wanted it they sold it same hour. The sale fell through we got the truck. The 6 pin for truck 6 pin trailer they sold us didn’t work. Called 18 times to book an appointment “talk to sales advisor parneet” go “call or talk to reception” no answer. Recommend click 1 for sales should get dealt with effectively. Parneet whole attitude towards us buying truck very poorly. Maybe fire the reception, service and in front. $5 dollar fuse = $220 got a discount to $200 but pissed as that took couple seconds, ... read more
UPDATE: Since I posted this review they called me the same day to see what the problem was, to summarise it up, the managers were clueless, ended up blaming the sales staff, who weren't at fault. I have recorded conversations of these guys,if anyone would like to listen to it message me. Also I'll be suing them, as the car they sold me caused an accident. I highly advise you guys have a listen to the audio tapes, just so you can see how incompetent these people at this dealership are. The manager said he will have a solution... read more
