Unhelpful, pompous and pretentious. Is very happy to take your money but god forbid you ever have any problems. Treats your issues like an inconvenience. Bought lenses through him, had to have them replaced several times, each time he was upset and treated it like it was my fault they were shoddy. Puts any eyesight issues that aren't the norm down to "being too picky" and "noticing things normal people don't" Avoid this man and his office like the plague!
