I have not yet had my appointment. However, Everyone I've spoke to so far at this establishment is very kind & courteous. They've checked back repeatedly to confirm that I've gotten my appointment. I'm impressed so far.
While the drive from Desoto to Lewisville was significant, I at least enjoyed the top down ride in the morning in my corvette. I found Dr. Kutz and staff to be nice people. Nice no frills high brow facilities. Made me feel like paying for the doctor not his office. His evaluation gave me some peace of mind, His approach first find my problems then dicuss how we go about fixing them. I did find out I might have other issues in my upper spine.
