Wow, this has been an incredible experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it to anyone.
Went here to get injections for my lower back disk and the staff and Dr. konan is awesome with procedures and the girls are so nice. They made sure I was ok with everything and answered all of our questions.
The service from the doctors and nurses was absolutely amazing, hospitality was the best I have ever received! The billing process is absolutely terrible however. I paid the remaining amount of my out of pocket cost back in July but they did not process the claim until September so my doctor and anesthesiologist had submitted their claims before them causing me to owe them and not the hospital my full out of pocket cost. Dr Mark Ledoux is now using Legent for his procedures which is very clean and new facility. Both times we used Legent they called the evening before and said "We have to move your procedure up 2 hours because of all of the cancelations". Both times the procedure was done at ORIGINAL TIME and both times Dr Ledoux said he and his staff didnt change the procedure time. It was Legent staff changing times so they could go home earlier.
