This has so far been an awesome hospital and staff. I'm gonna give a shout out to all the names I remember: Dr. Salinas of course, Dr Kirby, Paul OR nurse, Dr V anesthesiologist and Grant, all downstairs Upstairs: Peggy, Dorcell, Jennifer PT, Karl RT, Sheena and Jeanne If I missed anyone I apolize because I've really appreciated everyone. Oh yeah, Joyce in reception and Maria in pre-op. I'm just happy to be on the road to recovery. Double spinal lumbar fusion, lamenectomy and removal of spinal stimulator. Have a great day!
My experience at this facility was amazing! No wait, prompt and knowledgeable staff, good attention to details and my comfort and safety. And Dr. Shaikh is excellent!
Nurses and doctor were amazing! Dr. Keelen was on time and professional.
They were very nice but did not give me the proper bandages for wound care upon discharge. Then when I spoke to them they told me I didn’t need wound care. It seemed odd because I had spine surgery through the front of my neck upon which left a huge cut.
From reading some reviews I can say some things NEVER change. I have been waiting on a refund as well and of course everytime I check on it, it's waiting on "refund approval". They can all confirm my account is over paid but seems no one can/will refund it, they just say it's waiting on approval
