My father just had surgery at Legent Orthopedic Hospital Carrollton, and we were appalled at how Dr Kane treated the nursing staff. We came to visit my dad and Dr. Kane was at the nurse's area screaming at them my father recently had surgery from him, and he should be fired at how he treats his staff. My family was so amazed at how attentive and courteous the nursing staff was to my father. Dr. Kane was also yelling on the phone stating someone should be fired. Being retired from the medical field you notice things that others don’t pay attention to. Their infection control is top notch and more hospitals should do the same. Everyone was amazing
Took my wife for her appointment at Legent hospital and they could not find her referral. Keke at the front desk did a marvelous job investigating what went wrong and fixing this issue. We drove a ways getting there and coming back would have been a major problem. Thank you Keke...Legent, you have a caring and very special employee.
I hate to see that this place has so many negative reviews. I beg to differ the staff is absolutely amazing. Very accommodating as well as caring. It seems to me that billing may be an issue at this place. Most times it is out of the control of the departments and or the lack of staff that they may have. I wish people were more understanding or at least they would go back on here and write a positive review after their situation is handled. Kudos to all the staff and doctors that are trying on a daily basis.
The doctors were very very good at their job and highly recommended and knowledgeable physicians The entire nurses staff were very helpful. They all had great attitudes and also displayed great work ethic and character I want to sincerely thank Nurse Nancy and the nurses for the exceptional care and compassion they provided during my hospital stay.
