From reading some reviews I can say some things NEVER change. I have been waiting on a refund as well and of course everytime I check on it, it's waiting on "refund approval". They can all confirm my account is over paid but seems no one can/will refund it, they just say it's waiting on approval
I rarely give poor reviews, as I always try to find a positive aspect to even the worst experience, but save for one friendly receptionist, I would never return here, unless I was rendered unconscious from an accident and therefore had no choice in the matter. Received a phone call Wednesday night to schedule pre-op testing. I was away from my phone and they left a message to return the call. I called several times and was connected to voice mail each time. I left messages. Started calling again Thursday morning. Tried several times. Sent to voicemail each time. I had a back surgery on June 3rd by Dr Scott kudz. He did excellent I feel like I got my life back. Dr Scott is very compassionate and understanding.
Overcharged me on the day of surgery. Never refunded me for the overcharge. They changed their billing number and the new line is unreachable.
