Great hair cuts and color – The first time I went to Legends was because I had won a gift certificate there. I took my Mum with me and she got a cut and I got some highlights. The staff there was AWESOME and very professional....that was 3 years ago and now my Mum keeps going there (I've been away at grad school in the midwest)! Whenever I'm home on breaks and need any hair/salon services, they're always the place I get in touch with! Fun, friendly, professional - please never change!
Richmond style at it's best, and customer service, too! – A wonderful experience! The entire staff is just great and the spa is truly beautiful and relaxing.. The best haircolor and nail services I have found in Richmond. I felt so pampered. Can't wait for a massage and facial. They are so attentive to the client.
