Not the best experience. Errol Castro was courteous but lackadaisical with responses to questions, usually distracted with other showings. I found a property and told him my move-in date would be the 13th. I made arrangements to be out if my current place (flood damage from hurricanes) by then. Went through the background process fine, and financials proved $15,000 of income over 2 months, 7 times the $2000 rent.
