RecommendedHad an unexpected circumstance with the tires on our Sienna. Took our concern to the Service manager Brian and he treated our circumstance with extreme priority, respect and thoroughness. I bought my Highlander at the Legends and been do regular service for 5+ years. And was planning on buying another soon, until my experience today. They lost my business today. Your service team, especially Mike and the service manager on duty today are incompetent and have no customer service skills. I am sure Olathe Toyota will be happy to have a new customer. Maybe they know how to treat customers, especially Toyota enthusiast.

I’m sorry you had a tough experience. I’m interested to hear exactly what happened. After talking with our team, it sounds like you had a nail in the sidewall of your tire. I know it stinks that it’s not repairable, but we have just seen too many bad things happen from trying to patch a sidewall and don’t want to have anything bad happen to our customers so we choose not to repair the tire if the hole is in the sidewall.
