RecommendedLOVE Dr. Kimberly Bouldry, P.A. & the receptionist Genesis. They both truly care about the patients & take the time, they never rush you. Only complaint is it's impossible to get through to someone on the phone. There's a answering machine but I don't think it works because we never get a call back when we leave a voicemail.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Tried to call today to get a prescription refilled. First the receptionist couldn't find me and then said they had 2 medical files for me. THEN... said she could not refill my script because I had not been there since July of 2018. I was there in May of THIS year. Even went back through my bank account to find the transaction for my co-pay and yep, sure enough, I was there in May. They have NO clue what they are doing over there.
Very unorganized!!!! Blood work was labeled wrong. Went in today for results and they didn't have them and I had to be stuck again. :/ Grrr!!!! And was supposed to get Tetanus shot today (they knew I was coming) and they didn't have any. Don't go there even if you have to.
Very unorganized, the Dr. I saw had such a hard time working her laptop that she was not really listening to my symptoms. I went there a few times until I decided to go to a different Dr and get better treatment.
Very friendly service.
