Sean had to problem solve an issue with an air conditioner . He took the time to explain the problem and fixed it. I appreciate the thorough and kind way he handled this situation.

Called in an emergency, our AC went out in the middle of a heatwave. Customer service was quick about linking me with a tech who was able to come out same day. In fact within an hour of the initial service call. Sean was prompt, efficient and very patient, my husband had questions and our two Goldens made a new friend. Our AC is back up and running, though we do need to replace it. We will be using Legendary in the future for all of our HVAC needs.
