Frankie is absolutely amazing! She is like a dog on a bone. She will not stop until she gets you what you need. She is a sweetheart, very caring and so understanding. I know my process was not the easiest and my family was not the easiest to deal with either, but she was so patient. I wouldn’t have it any other way! I literally walk in my house and I think of her because she did so much of this, and I would not be here without her!
Frankie was great, she answered all our questions with full knowledge, and if she didn’t have the answer, she got it for us. She walked us through the process and gave us good advice. I would definitely recommend her in the future. She goes above and beyond!!
