Great until the sale. Took months to get my friend his referal bonus and had to go over their heads straight to sunpower to get it. I referred someone prior to all the bad experience but that means I'm owed a $500 referal. I have not received despite multiple attempts to getting it resolved
Not a fan. These guys never kept appointments, didn't call me for months in the middle of the process, and requested duplicate information repeatedly, and dragged their feet so we had to apply for financing twice. They also would come by my home when I made appointments and talk to my renter and not to a homeowner which was very frustrating. Very professional to work with and kept us informed of the process throughout. They installed the system even when the weather was snowing outside. We are now seeing the benefits with all this sunshine.
Legend Solar has done an outstanding job of getting panels and wiring installed in a timely manner. They helped us move through the stiff zoning requirements of Bountiful City and they have coordinated with city officials promptly and effectively. We're definitely well pleased with their program, their personnel and their efficiency!
