Lisa Zibas made my first-time home buying experience as smooth as possible and asked questions to the the builders I hadn't even thought of! Office itself had cheerful staff even for the brief time I spent there. If you need a realtor to have your back and communicate every step of the way I'd recommend her any day.
TL;DR: I would highly recommend Logan Smith at Legend Realty! I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I meet a person or a company that I really feels goes above and beyond, I want to make sure other people know too. I am a first homebuyer from different states. They posted wrong information of the house such as the age of house, water heater, and HVAC, and make me put an offer. Then I found out the wrong information during inspection. However, this place intimidate/force a buyer to purchase a house. Even though I requested a mutual release before closing, they say they are going to sue me. I need a help to get out of this situation. Please stay away from this place.
